Recently, the main structure of the P + R parking lot of Shenyang Century Mansion Station, which was invested and constructed by Shenyang Dynamic and Static Transportation Investment and Construction Co., Ltd. and constructed by China Railway Shanghai Engineering Bureau, was successfully capped in only 90 days. The project construction made a breakthrough, which won precious time for the next two structural construction, and won a letter of commendation from Shenyang Dynamic and Static Transportation Investment and Construction Co., Ltd.

The P + R parking lot of Century Mansion Station is located on the east side of 21st Century Mansion and the south side of Century Road, Hunnan District, Shenyang City, adjacent to Century Mansion Station of Metro Line 2, with a land area of 8047.8 square meters. A 6-storey three-dimensional self-propelled parking building is designed and constructed, with a construction area of 36937 square meters, with a total of 996 social parking spaces. The main structure adopts steel frame structure, and the design steel quantity is about 4767 tons. This project is the first batch of composite three-dimensional parking building projects in Northeast China, and it is the first integrated transfer hub project in Northeast China to use the upper cover space of tram parking lot. It is also the largest steel structure three-dimensional parking building construction project in Liaoning Province.
